The beautiful weather seemed to bring out the best in many of our Amigos today at El Valle with three entries into the Forties Club. It was disappointing to see one 'no show' today, particularly as I had to tell 7 members that there were no more spaces available, and that will be followed up. Anyway, back to the golf & how did everyone get on?
Category 1 : Individual
Honourable mentions go to Jonathan Thompson & Colin Walters 34pts, Brian Platt 35pt and Darren Bakes 37pts but both our prize winners could only be split on handicap.  Many congratulations:-

Team Categories
The simple 'dual betterball' format today leant itself to good scoring, with a typical 'Good Score' being around 90pts, several of our teams took full advantage. Many congratulations to our winners:-

Precision Target shooting saw NTP winners:  Poul Friis Hansen (Hole 4), Terry Wallington (Hole 7), Brian Platt (Hole 9), Ellis Butler (Hole 10) and Ruud Woudstra (Hole 15). There were four Two’s recorded: Harry Rice (Hole 9), Kirk Green (Hole 12), Josie Aves (Hole 15) and Ruud Woudstra (Hole 15).  Well done all.

Our next fixture, Thursday 11 May’23, Altaona is our last before our Anniversary Cup event and already fully booked but please let me know if you want to be added to the Reserve list. Please do check out the website to know your individual scores and full details of the other events.  Do not be deterred by ‘Fully booked’ notices, register or let me know via email to be added to the reserve list and many will get a game.
