Hola Amigos,    
Thank you all for playing and supporting our society at El Valle today which was hurriedly re-arranged as we could not play at La Torre due to the municipality boundary restricted extension. Some of you managed to record some very good scores, maybe due to the familiarity of playing at El Valle!

In Category 1 the following are honourable mentioned, Mark Seed 29 stableford points and Sharon Seed, 34 points but very many congratulations:-
Winner : Colin Hynd : 39 points

In Category 2 the returns of Carol Henshall-Brown and Graham Field, 34 points are highly merited but all plaudits go to:-
Winner : Rich Worsley : 40 points

For the Team Competition the returned scores were very close and most were over 90 points which is standard par for this format. Many congratulations go to our winners and runners-up:-

Winners : Team 4 : 95 points
Henry Gill (ghost), Dave Robinson (Robbo), Patrick Du Mon and Rich Worsley.

Runners-Up : Team 6 : 94 points
Henry Gill, John Burgess, John Mair and Graham Field.

Other team scores were: Team 2 = 93 pts, Team 1 = 91 pts, Team 3 = 89 pts and Team 5 = 75 pts. Well done everyone who took part.

We now take a break and finalise plans for our special Christmas Eve Golf event for Thursday 24 Dec’20 which will now take place at Altaona Village.  Regrettably Las Colinas, for which we were all really looking forward to, is territorially restricted. All details will be forwarded to you soon but wherever the venue we are sure at Amigos, that it will still be an enjoyable event and one to look forward to.
