Hola Amigos,    Thank you all for supporting our pre-Valentines day golf competition at Las Colinas.  I do hope that you really enjoyed the venue, and the day and the company and will return to play again now that you know your way around.   For your information and interest the results in the individual categories were modest except for the winners who clearly mastered the course.   Category 1 (handicap 8 - 14):-   Honourable mentions Andy Wasik, 35 points, Janet Tone, 33 but well done Alan Tone with 39 points.   Category 2 (handicap 15 - 21):-   Honourable mention Brian Stobbs, 32 points, Willie Custance, 31 points but well done Carol Henshall-Brown with 39 points.   Category 3 (handicap 22 - 32):-   Honourable mention Richard MacDonald, 31 points but well done Eddie Murty, 36 points.   In the Team competition the 3rd place Team deserving an honourable mention is:- Team 1 : 96 points:   Brian Platt, Bob Lancaster, An Van Den Borre and Eddie Murty. The Runners-Up in prize winning position is:-   Team 2 : 101 points:   Paul Baxendale, Carol Henshall-Brown, Rob Henshaw and Liz Murty.   But the winning team well exceeding standard par of 96 points is:- Team 4 : 105 points:   Andy Wasik, Willie Custance, Eddie Beal and Richard MacDonald.   Deserving the plaudits for their sharpshooting are:- Hole 4 (in 2), Rob Walsh,  Hole 5, Richard MacDonald,  Hole 7, Dennis Morrison,  Hole 10, Alan Tone,  Hole 15 Hazel Price,  Hole 18 (in 3), Colin Hynd.   Please note that Amigos are re-visiting Las Colinas on Thursday 30 Jul’20 and  holding their Christmas party there on Thursday 24 Dec’20 so please reserve your place by booking on-line and do check out your individual scores on the website.   Hasta pronto         Graham
