Hola AMIGOS
What a good day at the Office today, in fact a very good day! We got through a lot of work on a great course, in exceptional weather for November, in great company and separating you golfers into more challenging categories.
In detail, how did you get on? Let’s see……….
Category 1 : Individual
An entry in the Amigos Forties Club for the winner capped off the scoring in this division The scoring was pretty good on the whole, but the course did get the better of you for a few. Colin Aves, Richard Farrell and Shane Bordier each with 33 Stableford points are mentioned and Tony McManus’, 35 points honourably so. Congratulations everyone.
Winner : Dan Stallard : 40 points
Runner-Up : Terry Wallington : 37 points
Category 2 : Individual
A deserved Amigos Forties Club entry for the winner of this division is also a credit to the golf played. Worthy honourably ‘mentionees’ are Wayne Goodwin, 35 points, Rudy Ceusters, 36 points and Harry Rice and Kevin Sutton, 37 points and there were other good scores as well as some more challenging scores too which is to be expected by these division players. But very well played each and everyone.
Winner : Bea Van Rijn : 40 points
Runner-Up : Dave Hughes : 39 points
Team Competitions
Chasing standard par of 108 Stableford points with a slight format twist, a good attempt was made with many Teams exceeding the target and the others Teams were not that far behind. I am sure that you enjoyed the challenge though.
