Hola AMIGOS
How good it was to have so many new faces and Amigos not seen for quite a long while and what a perfect day for golf played on a great golf course and surroundings.  We hope that you all enjoyed the golf and the occasion.  
With a non-too serious format and ‘red balls’ in play the ‘Christmas Peril’ provided challenges but we hope they came with a bit of fun?
But how did you play as Teams?
Standard par with the bonus element was 132 and the winning Team not only got there but well exceeded the score and left everyone else in their wake.

Today’s sharpshooters hit the targets on difficult par 3’s, so very well played despite the ‘red ball’ handicap: Hole 6, Tom Hogg, Hole 9, Ron Weller, Hole 13, Ellis Butler, Hole 17, Alan Butler and Hole 18 (In 3), Sam McReynolds.
Well done to the two ‘Two’s’ players Gary McAlpine and Ron Weller on Hole 9.

Only one more Amigos event left this year, and it’s the big one, the Glitter Ball at La Colinas, next Thursday 29 Dec’22.  You have all been sent a description of the event and for all of the inclusions at an amazing price all we ask is that you dress for the occasion to glitter, razzle and dazzle. So bring out the bling in black and gold, go over the top and don’t be embarrassed about it!
