This was the first Order of Merit event since moving to the revised format of 'Best 4 games from 6' and moving to a two division model. Overall it appears to have been very successful with this quadrimestre composing of 10 games (the final game on 28/4 was abandoned due to poor weather). We had 151 different players compete in at least 1 game and the 'cut-off' handicap for Division 2 was 17.9, with anyone lower being in the Division 1 category. A total of 39 players managed to complete the full 4 qualifying games with 20 managing to hit the maximum 6 game tally.

Division 2:
This division was a little closer than Division 1 with Sus Tonnisen posing a real challenge to our eventual winner, however she was unable to get that 6th game in and missed the chance to improve her 2nd place score of 139pts. 3rd place went to Lynn Lalley with a very creditable 133pts but congratulations go to our clear winner who was Rob Henshaw, matching the Division 1 tally of 145 points.

Overall, we had a total of 6 (qualifying) scores of 40+ points with the premier score going to Kirk Green for a magnificent 44 point tally. There was 1 score of 42 points and 1 of 41 points, plus 3 others of 40 points. Nobody managed two scores in the 40's and, whilst not a qualifying score due to the competition being abandoned due to bad weather, Pauline Stow's remarkable 43 points tally in pouring rain definitely deserves a mention.
