To play in any of the Amigos games you need to book via the schedule below (if you are unsure how to do that then refer to the "USING THE SCHEDULE" page on this website). Games are frequently oversubscribed so we close on-line bookings for a game when all the available tee-time +4 have been booked (this allows us to have a reserve list to cover late changes / cancellations or possibly an increase in number of tee-times. If you wish to play in a particular game but the online booking is closed then please contact us via the "CONTACT US" form and we will add you to the reserve list and see if anything can be done to get you a game.

You may cancel your registration to the event by finding the 'Booking Confirmation' email you received when you booked and then clicking the 'cancel' button at the bottom of that email. This method is valid up until midday on the Saturday before the game. After that please contact HRAmigosgs@gmail.com so that you can be manually removed from the start sheet, which will already have been started.
If you are including a new player in your booking, it is essential that you complete a membership request form for that player (at least 2 weeks before the scheduled game) or they will not be able to be added to the Start Sheet and the complete booking is likely to be ignored.
Please be aware that games related to other societies are for information only and are subject to change, so it is important that you check those details with each specific Golf Society.
When booking on a mobile phone you may have an issue where you cannot scroll down to reveal the SEND button when completing the booking form. This appears to be a bug in the application. A simple 'workaround' is to ensure that the booking you want to progress is at the very top of your phones screen before you click REQUEST INCLUSION. This should enable the SEND button to remain visible and active.
